Just-in-time delivery

We manufacture and deliver the components at the moment the customer needs them. We take care of the production and, on request, the transport planning. Our customers benefit from lower storage costs, less capital tie-up and lower inventory risk.

Logistics

Consignment stores

Our consignment warehouses allow us to store components and retrieve them according to the customers’ requirements as needed. The goods are quality-tested and readied in pre-agreed quantities so that our customers can access them conveniently and flexibly. This means a high level of security of supply, lower processing costs and lower capital commitment for our customers.

Special packaging

Our components are protected in the course of surface treatment against environmental influences and corrosion. Under certain conditions, such as overseas transports, a special form of additional protection may be necessary. We offer our customers specific packaging options for such cases.

Individual charge carriers

In order to be able to guarantee the optimal transport of the components, we offer our customers the possibility to place them in specially made individual carriers during transport. This saves space and associated costs and ensures the integrity of the components.

Identification of the charge carriers

On request, we can provide carriers individual labels and barcodes before transport for the components manufactured by us. This allows us to connect another interface within the production, storage and logistics chain, which makes transport even more transparent and the receipt of goods on the customer side significantly faster and more reliable.
